Thomas Krampe

Thomas has worked in the IT industry for more than 15 years, with the biggest technology consulting companies in the world. Since January 2014, he has worked at Login Consultants, taking on the role as IT-Architect and Managed Consultant and is responsible for all Cloud and VDI related projects. Thomas works with IT-strategy, pre-sales, architectural designing, planning and implementation solutions within Citrix for ISV, Cloud Providers, Distributors, Resellers and End Customers. He is highly involved in Proofs of Concept to help prove why business should adapt new technologies. Thomas travels the World evangelizing Citrix and vmware solutions. He created the well-known German XenMaster Web site and is very active in other well known blogs to share his knowledge with the worldwide community. In addition to his daily job, he currently writes the first German XenMobile 10 book which should be available in H2/2015. Thomas has been awarded as a CTP (Citrix Technology Professional) since October 2009.

FSLogix 2.0 - Simplicity Still Wins

FSLogix added a new feature in version 2.0 which dramatically simplifies the administration and the management of user profiles on Windows machines. Instead of configuring local or roaming profiles the old way and managing them through various more or less complex tools, FSLogix is moving the entire user profile to a virtual hard disk (VHD or VHDX) which will be saved on a network share.
