Gene Kupfer

Gene has worked in the tech industry for 20 years. His experience includes managing small and large networks utilizing various technologies, such as those from Novell, Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix and various thin and virtualization solutions. Gene spent the last six years (2008 - 2014) working with and managing the product support team for the Symantec EndPoint VIrtualization products. His background throughout various solutions and companies has allowed him to gain an intimate knowledge of the industry and related technologies, but his biggest joy comes from working with cutting-edge cloud technology and social media. Gene loves to work with and contribute to the community. In the past he developed an app for Symantec Customers called LDF Extender which helped automate some configuration for the LDF tool. Gene was also a Power User with the Google AppInventor community, and contributed his free time to develop and support an app called Marketizer, to automate rebuilding Google AppInventor apk's for publishing to the Play store. Gene is a registered member with the IFPO and U.S. Press Corps.
